10% of Sale:
10% of the gross of each sale will go to Endangered Planet Foundation. Artists will be provided with a 3-part receipt book to record their sales, with the artist keeping one copy. Items may be held at the central checkout until paid for. All sold art must be removed by the end of each day. Artist may replace sold art (without charge) with new art.
COMMITMENT:
A completed application is a commitment to show your artwork. Should you choose not to exhibit, please notify us as soon as possible so that another artist may have the opportunity to show their work. There are no refunds.
EXHIBIT SPACE:
There are two location options for artists:
1] Artists Village general exhibit area (installation provided by EPF installer)
2] Booth 10’ x 10’ $300 for one artist or $400 for two artists in one space. Work must be contained within the assigned space. Limited number of booths available. (no walls included)
PROMOTIONAL SUPPORT:
Selected art work may be reproduced to help support the artist and the event

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
The application must be emailed by September 8, 2008. Only completed applications will be accepted. Late applications may be considered depending on availability of exhibition spaces. Artist notification will be emailed out by September 12, 2008. No status information will be provided in person, by mail, email or by telephone prior to that date. Artists will be notified by email of their booth space number and location, along with exhibitor information about check-in, set-up and parking no later than September 25, 2008.
Booths are assigned on a first entry basis. Artists who choose to withdraw from the One Earth | OneDream “Autumnal Green Festival” are requested to send a written request before September 12, 2008. No refunds will be issued. Each exhibiting artist must check-in and provide picture I.D. before delivery or set-up. Space will be forfeited if the artist fails to appear during check-in hours.
Check-in and set-up times will be provided. No changes in booth spaces will be allowed without approval from
Endangered Planet Foundation. Artists who exhibit are encouraged to be present during the complete show. Work must be shown all three days. All works must be original and made by the exhibiting artists and offered for sale. Only artwork in the artist’s medium, designated on the application form, will be allowed. Each space should display only the work of the exhibiting artist. If work is of a collaborative nature, all artists’ names must appear on the application.
The Autumnal Green Festival Committee reserves the right to prohibit display of work it deems unacceptable.
All belongings of artist’s with booths, including chairs, must be contained within the assigned booth space. Exhibitors are responsible for keeping their area clean and in order during and after the show. Electricity is available for artists who require it. However, they must supply their own outdoor approved extension cords and are responsible to secure them to the ground in a safe manner. Any cords that are deemed unsafe or placed in such a way as to make the area unsafe for others will be removed.
Artists are required to provide information for art, including title, size, medium and price and display the official card bearing artist’s name, space number and city of residence. There will be no animals permitted within the confines of the show. Nighttime security will be on site.
Although artists, at their discretion, will be allowed to leave exhibit displays up overnight, the Autumnal Green Festival and Endangered Planet Foundation are not liable for any loss. All booths should be dismantled and removed by 12 noon Monday, October 6, 2008. Please do not begin to dismantle your booth before 5 p.m. on Sunday. The Autumnal Green Festival staff will visit all displays at intervals throughout the Festival to ensure that exhibitors comply with all EPF and Festival of Arts rules. It is our exclusive right and responsibility to remove work that is
not in compliance with those rules. The Autumnal Green Festival Committee reserves the right to make final interpretation of the rules. This is a rain or shine event.
